Welcome to the wonderful world of Gelati! We want to give our customers the delicious, quality and indulgent experience of Italian ice and frozen custard. Most of all, we spread joy in the community by providing a top quality product that makes people smile. 🍦🍭🍧😋We layer our Gelati starting with custard on the bottom, then Italian ice, then some more custard! Only the Highest Quality Ingredients
Our Italian ice is house-made & is often made with real fruit! Italian ice is also gluten-free, fat-free, & dairy-free! Unlike shaved ice, Italian ice is also amazingly smooth in texture & its flavor doesn’t melt away!
Our frozen custard is locally sourced from Woodland, WA and is manufactured here in the United States! Frozen custard has 10-15% less air than traditional ice cream and that makes it smoother & creamier!
Fun Fact: The word “Gelati” is simply plural for “ice cream” in Italian. A Gelati has both frozen custard and Italian ice & is not considered to be Gelato (there’s a whole other science to gelato)!
